The 2023 National User’s Conference is quickly approaching. If you haven’t registered already, please register through CRM, and visit our Conference website for details. We have announced many of the planned sessions for this year’s conference, listed below. Always stay tuned to our website for more information as it becomes available.

This year’s Conference will be a very special Conference to us. As you may know, we are celebrating our 20^th year anniversary this year, and we have some great surprises in store. Much like last year, we have listened to our customers and are featuring training as our main point of focus. We are working hard to make sure the Conference is worthwhile for all that attend.

The list below is not exhaustive, but represents the type of sessions that will be offered during the week. We want to make sure that every Agency sends personnel that will benefit from these sessions.  Agencies have found that sending multiple personnel increases the value of the Conference by attending the maximum possible number of sessions, to share with co-workers and through staff training upon their return.  Most sessions will only be presented once.
