Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence

The Founder of the company, Sam Ramasamy, began his business on April 23, 2003 as an idea. Over the following two years, the core software was developed, demonstrated, and sold, with the first customer “Going-Live” with ProPhoenix on May 31st, 2005 in Wauwatosa, WI. Today our customer base has grown to include more than 700 customers, across 26 states, served by more than 200 ProPhoenix employees. ProPhoenix is still a family-owned business and will continue to be into the foreseeable future. 

For the past 20 years, our mission has been to vigorously innovate and improve our product to keep up with the ever-changing demands of Public Safety, and support your mission of saving lives, protecting property, and providing exceptional service to your communities. The fabric of our mission will continue for the next 20 years as our company evolves as a partnership to support the important work of our customers. 

Over the years, our product line has expanded as industry demands change; today we offer a diverse range of Public Safety products to include:   

  • Records Management (RMS)
  • Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD)
  • Mobile (WDA)
  • FIRE RMS / CAD 
  • Internal Affairs (IA)
  • Citizen Services Portal (CSP)
  • At Risk Persons Module  

 

And our latest product, ProPhoenix Automated Property Report (PAPR), is a national web-based database for Merchants and Law Enforcement for tracking pawned, scrap metal, and secondhand items. Our PAPR product is available to all national Law Enforcement agencies regardless of their RMS vendor. 

In honor of this milestone, we have planned a series of celebrations, some small, some large, and some giving more insight to our customers and employees! So watch your inbox – you won’t want to miss out on the announcements and fun!   

This year’s User Conference will focus on expanded training opportunities in conjunction with the celebration of our 20th year milestone. The Conference training and entertainment events are lining up to be like no other. We ask that you share the conference opportunity with both administrators and end-users throughout your organizations; the more training opportunities for them, the more proficient they will become on the product.
