Thank you to everyone who attended the 2022 ProPhoenix Users’ Conference. This year, our theme was ‘From Users to Power Users’ with a special emphasis on training. Seminars focused on common functionality, improving workflow to make for a more efficient user, and highlighting under utilized features in the software that users may not have been aware of or are not currently using to improve end user experience.

We officially kicked off the conference Tuesday morning with Walworth County Sheriff, Kurt Picknell, our keynote speaker and long-time ProPhoenix user.
Sheriff Picknell is a very respected member of the law enforcement community with over 35 years of law enforcement experience, holding several titles and
awards during his tenure. He shared his experience as a Phoenix user, including a special story during the early days of his relationship with the company.
We often stress that our users are our best resource, providing feedback and suggestions that keep our software not only on the front end of technology,
but robust with the features that you need and request. The Sheriff’s story of working directly with ProPhoenix software development staff during implementation was a powerful reminder of our partnership with user departments such as yours in developing features to fit the industry’s specific needs.

As always, we gave a sneak peek preview of all the features that will be available in our current 2022 version through our October updates. We highlighted
15 of the many new features that will be available, and more details can be found in the 2022 User Conference – Release Notes.pdf in CRM. We ask our customers to schedule their updates if they are not currently on the most recent 2022 version to utilize the new features, improve security features to mitigate vulnerabilities, and maximize the benefits of the software.

Along with the Conference Release Notes, all PowerPoint presentations from every session, including this year’s 64 Under Utilized Features, are currently available in CRM. Simply go to CRM and under Downloads/Videos – Documentation – User Conference Presentations you will find them broken down by product or Global categorization. Please keep in mind that these are available to all users and are a great source of information for those who were unable to attend this year’s conference.

You may not have heard, but next year is ProPhoenix’s 20th Anniversary and we are very excited. To celebrate our 20 years of success, the 2023 Conference is guaranteed to be a memorable event for all. We invite all users to this very special event and the dates will be September 25th through the 28th at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI. We will begin sending notices as we move closer to the dates, but we are promising many surprises for a very special event, so please begin planning now.
