As our number of Fire agencies have grown over the last year, we are currently in search of additional Phoenix Fire software experts to add to our staff. We are looking for the best, and we know exactly where to find them – our own software users!
We pride ourselves on being a software company for the Public Safety industry by the Public Safety industry. Several of our current staff here at ProPhoenix are former Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS personnel, Dispatchers, and other industry professionals.
This position is perfect for retired, soon to be retiring, or volunteer fire personnel with working knowledge of our software. This position is a remote position and can be performed at home from anywhere within the US.
The Phoenix Pro Series is a twice per month episode series designed to further enhance and enrich our end users experience. Hosted by our demonstrators, instructors and subject matter experts, each episode will be a one hour webinar and available on CRM.
The first episode will air March 3rd 12:00pm Eastern Time on CRM. More details on how to view will be announced shortly. Please stay tuned to your email.
There is a growing need among Public Safety professionals for a method for tracking People at Risk. ProPhoenix recently partnered with a group of our customers and Mental Health Professionals to design a robust “At Risk Persons” module within Mobile and RMS. Whether it be persons in crisis, those with chemical dependency, homeless individuals, people with intellectual disabilities, or your community veterans in need, our new “At Risk Persons” features will help your agency derive better outcomes by offering a tracking method, pre-arrival information, and a method for post-event tracking.

We were proud to sponsor the Piggy Park Plungers at this year’s annual Polar Bear Plunge! All proceeds go to Special Olympics.
The Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood, presented by Law Enforcement Torch Run, was held this year on Saturday, January 14th. It is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support New Jersey Special Olympics athletes by jumping into the frigid Atlantic waters during January. Our very own Mike Delgiorno (who is often mistaken for Slash), featured here, is a member of the Piggy Park Plungers and a long-time participant in this annual event.
Congratulations to Mike, the Piggy Park Plungers, and all of these brave souls who took the plunge into the cold Atlantic!
A reminder to all users that a wealth of knowledge is currently available in CRM to answer questions you may have and improve your Phoenix user experience.
We previously featured an article in the Spotlight newsletter focusing on our How-To Videos available in CRM (see link for article; more videos have been added since article publication), and today we want to guide users to the Training Materials found under the Documentation Tab. Training Materials are in PDF and PPT format and can be found by clicking on ‘Documentation’ under the ‘Downloads/Videos’ menu dropdown along the left side of your CRM program. This will open the ‘Documentation’ tab and all training materials are available by expanding the ‘Training Materials’ link in the menu. Refer to the screenshot below to better guide you. Your CRM may not look exactly like the attached screenshot, but you should have the ‘Downloads/Videos’ menu option as shown.
We would like to give a special thank you to Police Chief James Sarkos and Lt. Kevin Fair, Fire Chief Scott Evans and Capt. Michael Famularo, and the entire Atlantic City Police and Fire Departments. We recently visited their facilities for a photo shoot to boost our marketing materials assets inventory.
The Atlantic City Police and Fire Departments were gracious enough to allow us to tour their facility and volunteered their personnel for the photo shoot. We were able to capture photos of police and fire personnel, both sworn and civilian, performing a number of common tasks in our software. These shots included photos of surveillance personnel using Phoenix software screens, an officer using our Mobile software in the in-car laptop, records personnel using RMS inside the station, fire personnel using the laptop inside the engine, and more. We even grabbed a shot of Chief Sarkos inside the Chief’s office using common Phoenix screens, and the Fire Captain performing his normal fire inspections routine.
