Successful Launch for Phoenix Pro Series

For our many users who have been tuning in live or watching previous episodes through CRM and RMS, we would like to thank you for making these webinars such a great success.

For those who may not know about our Phoenix Pro-Series, we invite you to join us in our twice per month episode series designed to further enhance and enrich our end users experience. Hosted by our demonstrators, instructors and subject matter experts, each episode is approximately a one-hour webinar.

Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence

The Founder of the company, Sam Ramasamy, began his business on April 23, 2003 as an idea. Over the following two years, the core software was developed, demonstrated, and sold, with the first customer “Going-Live” with ProPhoenix on May 31st, 2005 in Wauwatosa, WI. Today our customer base has grown to include more than 700 customers, across 26 states, served by more than 200 ProPhoenix employees. ProPhoenix is still a family-owned business and will continue to be into the foreseeable future. 

For the past 20 years, our mission has been to vigorously innovate and improve our product to keep up with the ever-changing demands of Public Safety, and support your mission of saving lives, protecting property, and providing exceptional service to your communities. The fabric of our mission will continue for the next 20 years as our company evolves as a partnership to support the important work of our customers.

This year’s Conference will be a very special Conference to us. As you may know, we are celebrating our 20th year anniversary this year, and we have some great surprises in store. Much like last year, we have listened to our customers and are featuring training as our main point of focus. We are working hard to make sure the Conference is worthwhile for all that attend.

At Risk Persons module

There is a growing need among Public Safety professionals for a method for tracking Persons at Risk. Partnering with Mental Health Professionals, we have designed a robust module within Mobile and RMS to help derive better outcomes when handling these types of situations. The new feature is a game changer for Public Safety providers and their ability to bring creative resolution to people in crisis, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary approach through informed decision-making and early intervention.

ProPhoenix Automated Property Report (PAPR) Portal

We are excited to announce the launch of our PAPR Merchant & Law Enforcement web-based portal for reporting and tracking pawned and second-hand property. The PAPR portal connects Merchants and Law Enforcement through a robust application that allows Merchants to enter pawned or second-hand property into the portal, and Law Enforcement to search, flag, hold, and set alerts for stolen property.

Training Materials for All Software Available in CRM

A reminder to all users that a wealth of knowledge is currently available in CRM to answer questions you may have and improve your Phoenix user experience.

We previously featured an article in the Spotlight newsletter focusing on our How-To Videos available in CRM (see link for article; more videos have been added since article publication), and today we want to guide users to the Training Materials found under the Documentation Tab. Training Materials are in PDF and PPT format and can be found by clicking on ‘Documentation’ under the ‘Downloads/Videos’ menu dropdown along the left side of your CRM program. This will open the ‘Documentation’ tab and all training materials are available by expanding the ‘Training Materials’ link in the menu. Refer to the screenshot below to better guide you. Your CRM may not look exactly like the attached screenshot, but you should have the ‘Downloads/Videos’ menu option as shown.
