Fred has dedicated 18 years to Public Safety Software marketplace. During the 18 years he has held positions of Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Director of Business Development. Fred also has 12 years in law enforcement first, as a Level 1 Reserve and later as a Lieutenant with a Sheriff’s Office in Colorado. Fred was instrumental in working at executive levels in the State of Missouri to establish a statewide data sharing initiative.

Prior experience includes operating his own business and consulting with private sector companies to establish sales and marketing initiatives. Fred has been with ProPhoenix for 6 years and currently Director of Business Development for ProPhoenix assisting to move company into new states and markets.
