The Phoenix Pro Series is a twice per month episode series designed to further enhance and enrich our end users experience. Hosted by our demonstrators, instructors and subject matter experts, each episode will be a one hour webinar and available on CRM.

Episode one will focus on System Administrators and CRM functionality. Within CRM, administrators can add additional users, under role permissions, to give them read only access to certain items in the CRM program. That’s important for the Pro Series. All future episodes will be launched on CRM and the System Administrator can then share them to others within the organization to follow along, learn, and ask questions.
