As you all may know, ProPhoenix is celebrating our 20th year of success in 2023. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we also look forward to the future of the company and more importantly the future of the industry as a whole. That vision was outlined by Peri Ramasamy, Vice President of Business Development, in his speech to User’s Conference Attendees at the 2023 User’s Conference Launch Event, held Wednesday morning of the conference, and we would like to share it here with all users.

I want to share with you our vision for the future of this company, and how we plan to soar to new heights together. 20 years ago, on April 23rd, 2003, ProPhoenix was a dream. It was a dream with a determination to make a difference in the Public Safety Industry. We started small, but with each passing year, our hard work and dedication moved us forward, enabling us to overcome challenges and achieve remarkable milestones.
Our success as a company has been built upon the foundation of our shared values: innovation, integrity, intuition, collaboration and customer centricity. These principles have guided our decisions and shaped our culture even in the face of adversity.
And today, I’m super excited to announce that we are serving over 750 customers in 27 different states. Our growth strategy remains steady and we are committed to expanding our community. One of our standout qualities is that we are not tied to any investors whatsoever. We see you as our partners and we value your input. We’re proud to say that we have never given in to any investors or private equity firms, no matter how persistent they have been.
Our company has a storied history of pioneering technology solutions that not only empower Public Safety professionals to do their jobs more efficiently, but also with greater precision than ever before. But the future holds an even greater promise. We are living in an era of rapid technological change, and our commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation is what makes us the best.
