Our Phoenix Pro Series is now on the 10th episode and going strong. For those of you who may just be learning about the Pro Series, don’t worry. Each live episode is recorded in its entirety and can be found in CRM.

CRM: Simply log into CRM to view the episode live. You will see a green button at the top which reads ‘Watch Webinar Live’. Click on the button to view.

RMS: From RMS, select the Phoenix icon>Help>How To Videos:

Then select “Play Back Webinar” and select the title of the event. Both the live event and previous recordings will show here.

RMS Viewers: It is VERY IMPORTANT that you can access the URL “media.prophoenix.com”. If the URL is not allowed by your IT department, you will NOT be able to access the videos.
