The 2024 National User’s Conference will again be held in Wisconsin Dells, WI at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center. It will be held Monday, September 23rd through Thursday, September 26th with a similar general agenda as this year. The registration is already open and available in CRM. It is never too early to plan your attendance for next year. Further details will be forthcoming. Please watch our website, prophoenix.com/conference.
Our Phoenix Pro Series is now on the 10th episode and going strong. For those of you who may just be learning about the Pro Series, don’t worry. Each live episode is recorded in its entirety and can be found in CRM.
You should’ve received email updates late last year regarding tickets issued in the State of NJ. Some tickets were being printed with the address appearing as ‘undefined’ on the ticket print out. The NJ Administrative of Courts advises any officer in NJ to handwrite the ticket if the address appears as undefined.
NJ departments who are using version 2022 10/4 and 2022 7/3 should not be experiencing this problem, but if you are, please contact us, and we will remedy the issue.
For all departments, regardless of state, we always encourage everyone to stay up to date with our newest release.
