The 2024 National User’s Conference will again be held in Wisconsin Dells, WI at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center.  It will be held Monday, September 23rd through Thursday, September 26th with a similar general agenda as this year.  The registration is already open and available in CRM. It is never too early to plan your attendance for next year.  Further details will be forthcoming.  Please watch our website, prophoenix.com/conference.

Registration Fee:
$795 per person if registered in CRM by August 15, 2024.
$845 per person if registered between August 16 and August 31, 2024.

What’s Included: The Conference registration fee covers all breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and training sessions throughout the Conference.

Hotel and Travel Expenses: Please note that all hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the Attendee or User Agency. *Kalahari hotel room reservations will not be available until late spring with a new passkey link on the Conference website. Please stay tuned.

Registration Deadline: All Attendees must be registered by August 31, 2024. No exceptions will be made due to our contractual obligations with Kalahari Resort and Convention Center and other commitments.

Payment Options: Credit card payments are accepted, but please be aware of a $35 service charge per Attendee for this payment method.  You may pay online or request an invoice. Invoices must be settled by September 23, 2024. Alternatively, Attendees can bring a check for payment to the Advanced Training registration event in Wisconsin Dells on September 23, 2024.

And, speaking of planning, ProPhoenix is excited to announce the 2025 National User’s Conference will be located in Orlando, Florida.   The dates will be announced soon, but expect early November 2025!  This should give all Agencies a chance to budget accordingly.
