We would like to start by saying thank you to everyone who attended the 2023 National User’s Conference. This year was a very special conference for us as we are celebrating our 20th year of business. At this year’s User’s Conference, we focused on the future of our company and the future of Public Safety software. We also thank everyone who completed our 2023 Conference Evaluation Form. The responses were overwhelmingly positive and your suggestions always help us shape and plan future conferences.

The 2024 National User’s Conference will again be held in Wisconsin Dells, WI at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center. It will be held Monday, September 23 through Thursday, September 26 with a general agenda similar to this year’s. The registration is already open and available in CRM. It is never too early to plan your attendance for next year. Further details will be forthcoming. Please watch our website, prophoenix.com/conference.
And, speaking of planning, ProPhoenix is excited to announce the 2025 National User’s Conference will be located in Orlando, Florida! The dates will be announced soon, but expect early November 2025! This should give all agencies a chance to budget accordingly.
