Thank you to everyone who attended this year’s National User’s Conference. We hope that everyone came away with all of their goals and expectations met, and had as much fun as we did while doing it!
We kicked off our three day event with our Conference Launch Event, which the video of the event is available in CRM, CAD, RMS and WDA if you are interested in viewing it. We touched on some important topics for our upcoming software release and the future of the company, not just conference related topics.

As unveiled at the User’s Conference, we have a full list of exciting new features that will be available in the 2024 R2 release.
Our most exciting new feature is what we call our Phoenix SWAT App. The SWAT App allows personnel from multiple departments, regardless of current software vendor, to quickly and effectively communicate with one another on one app. In addition to the SWAT App, we have several AI based improvements and features to CAD, RMS and WDA, as well as many other enhancements.
