Thank you to everyone who attended this year’s National User’s Conference.  We hope that everyone came away with all of their goals and expectations met, and had as much fun as we did while doing it!

We kicked off our three day event with our Conference Launch Event. We touched not just conference related topics, but also on some important subjects regarding our upcoming software release and the future of the company. 

The 2024 Conference Launch Event video can be found in CRM. Click on How-to-Videos in the upper left hand portion of the screen and you will see the launch event listed as the top video under the All category. The video is also available in RMS, CAD and WDA. The launch event kicked off the week with keynote speeches from our executive staff, a guest speech from a key figure within the public safety industry, and an overview of new and exciting features that will soon be released. We were honored to have Chief James Sarkos of the Atlantic City PD deliver a wonderful speech to our attendees this year. 

Please keep in mind that we are offering the Launch Event video for everyone to get a first-hand preview of all the exciting new features and hear from ProPhoenix management on the future of the company. The Launch Event is in no way is a substitute for the experience of the three full day event, in which users network, attend information seminars on all topics pertaining to our software, and meet with staff and product experts to answer any questions you may have.

The video is split into chapters, so you may skip to the section(s) that you feel are most beneficial to you. As always, please do not share this video with anyone outside of your agency.

2025 National User’s Conference, September 22^nd – 25^th

We will be trying a new location for the 2025 National User’s Conference. The Kalahari has been a crowd favorite and suited our conference very well throughout the years, but why not try something new?

Registration is already open and available in CRM. It is never too early to plan your attendance for next year.  Further details will be forthcoming.  Please keep an eye on our website, prophoenix.com/conference, as we will begin publishing information soon.
