Kimberly Willis serves as a Regional Account Executive at ProPhoenix, where she partners with public safety and government agencies to help them evaluate and implement technology solutions that support their mission of protecting and serving their communities. 

For more than a decade, Kimberly has served as a technology consultant working alongside law enforcement, fire, dispatch, and corrections professionals to help agencies evaluate and implement systems such as computer-aided dispatch (CAD), records management systems (RMS), jail management systems (JMS), and mobile technologies.

Kimberly has built a reputation as a trusted consultant to law enforcement leaders, communications centers, and municipal decision makers, and believes the best way to understand an agency’s needs is by spending time in the field. She has spent countless hours shadowing patrol officers and engaging with dispatchers and command staff to better understand the real-world challenges they face each day. This hands-on approach allows her to help agencies align technology investments with operational goals while remaining mindful of budget considerations.
