Paul Hoppe joined our team in 2021. Prior to joining ProPhoenix, Paul spent 31 years in the Public Safety industry working for both small and large agencies.

Most recently, he spent the final 14 years of his career as a Public Safety Director / Police Chief in Minnesota, which includes leading both a
Police and Fire Department. In addition to his leadership positions, Paul was an end-user and customer of ProPhoenix for more than a decade, bringing a complex customer perspective to our company leadership.

Paul is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership/Police Administration from the
University of St Thomas, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and an Association Degree in Law Enforcement. He is a subject matter expert
in Public Safety Administration and Operations with a strong perspective of Information Technology Software Solutions.
