2025 User's Conference Recap

To all 2025 User’s Conference attendees, the ProPhoenix team would like to thank you for being part of this year’s User’s Conference! We hope you found the experience insightful, made great connections, and had a chance to meet our support team. From the accommodations to the entertainment, we worked hard to make everything run smoothly, and we hope you had just as great an experience as we did.

We’re incredibly proud of what we accomplished together at this year’s conference. Thanks to attendee engagement and participation, the event was a tremendous success! The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive.  Attendees shared how excited they were about the new enhancements we showcased — especially the Name & Address Alert Dashboard, WDA V3, AI Call and Case Summary, Ask AI, Trespass, MugMatch, and the new No-VPN SignalR communication. These features are true game-changers, and the enthusiasm we noticed reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that support your agency’s success. Each of these features reflects our ongoing mission of innovation with a purpose — delivering tools that truly empower your agency.

See our article in this newsletter for a list of new features unveiled at this year’s conference. We will be highlighting each new feature in more detail throughout the year, so stay tuned to your emails, training videos, and other media channels.

We are excited to let everyone know that we’ll be returning to Wisconsin for the 2026 Conference. The 2027 Conference will be held in our home state of New Jersey, in Atlantic City, before returning to Wisconsin in 2028. We hope this helps with your future planning.

Registration for the 2026 Conference will be available soon in CRM, so stay tuned to your email or visit our Conference website. As you know, it’s never too early to register! In addition, Release Notes for Phoenix 2026 have been emailed to all attendees and are available in CRM, along with all PowerPoint presentations.
