ProPhoenix is excited to announce new and upcoming enhancements to our Phoenix suite of Next
Generation Public Safety Software. As usual, all of these enhancements are available to all customers who are active with their maintenance, with the exception of a few items where third party product(s) may be involved.
Instantly view risk indicators tied to individuals and locations across all Phoenix modules.
In Phoenix Law RMS, AI can be used to generate a call summary for a report.
The Trespass Module allows Law Enforcement Agencies to document, manage, and enforce trespassing incidents. It allows officers to issue formal trespass
warnings, track banned individuals, associate them with specific properties, and log violations of those notices. The module supports proactive policing by giving property owners, officers, and dispatchers real-time access to trespass data and alerts.
WDA V3 is a modernized desktop app with faster navigation and improved usability.
The Phoenix Drawing Tool is an SVG vector editor built directly into Phoenix RMS designed for crash and crime scene diagrams.
Enhanced BOLO alerts provide smarter bulletins with images, filters, and faster officer access.
Scan a QR code to seamlessly add items to the Phoenix eSign, ePicture, eAttachment, and eDictate screens without using the ‘Send Link to Mobile’ function.
Similar to PDFs, forms can also be created using Microsoft Word with data entry fields such as text boxes, checkboxes, date pickers, and more. These Word forms can be linked to Phoenix through the Reports menu.
When a linked report is executed, Phoenix will automatically populate the form with data provided the field names in the Word form match the supported field names in Phoenix.
In Law RMS, Clery reporting has been broken out into its own dedicated module to maintain clarity and compliance.
National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS) is a modern, cloudbased platform designed to replace the legacy National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) for fire departments across the US.
A levy allows a creditor to ask the sheriff or law enforcement officer to seize the debtor’s property or assets to satisfy a court judgment. Levy cases, when received by the Sheriff, will be entered into and processed through the Phoenix Levy Module.
With this upgrade the CAD Client can communicate with the CAD Server using Websockets on HTTPS, allowing users to utilize web standards in On Premise and in the Cloud.
When combined with Application Load Balancers (ALB) – AWS ALB or F5 ALB (On Premise) – FIPS:104-3 compliant encryption can be enforced across the wire to encrypt the communication channel and thus avoid VPN.
