We would like to start by saying thank you to everyone who attended the 2023 National User’s Conference. This year was a very special conference for us as we are celebrating our 20th year of business. At this year’s User’s Conference, we focused on the future of our company and the future of Public Safety software. We also thank everyone who completed our 2023 Conference Evaluation Form. The responses were overwhelmingly positive and your suggestions always help us shape and plan future conferences.
The 2024 National User’s Conference will again be held in Wisconsin Dells, WI at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center. It will be held Monday, September 23rd through Thursday, September 26th with a similar general agenda as this year. The registration is already open and available in CRM. It is never too early to plan your attendance for next year. Further details will be forthcoming. Please watch our website, prophoenix.com/conference.
Introducing PhoenixBot
In these challenging times of staff shortages and increasing stress levels among our dedicated 911 tele-communicators, we introduce a groundbreaking solution that promises to be a lifeline for our officers and a game-changer for the entire emergency response operation.
911 tele-communicators are often inundated with non-emergency calls and the pressure can be overwhelming. A system to alleviate the workload and stress is here now and promises to enhance the efficiency of your department’s response.
PhoenixBot, our innovative AI platform designed to address the mounting burden of non-emergency calls that often take our tele-communicators’ valuable time and attention away from their critical duty of radio communication with our officers. PhoenixBot represents the future of 911 communication, and we are excited to say that the future is already here.
ProPhoenix East Coast User’s Meeting
Thursday, December 7th, 2023 9:00am
We once again invite our East Coast Phoenix users to our company headquarters for the Annual East Coast User’s Meeting. The meeting is entirely free to attend for Phoenix users.
As you all may know, ProPhoenix is celebrating our 20th year of success in 2023. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we also look forward to the future of the company and more importantly the future of the industry as a whole. That vision was outlined by Peri Ramasamy, Vice President of Business Development, in his speech to User’s Conference Attendees at the 2023 User’s Conference Launch Event, held Wednesday morning of the conference, and we would like to share it here with all users.
In addition to PhoenixBot mentioned in a previous article featured in this newsletter, we have several other new and exciting features that will be available in the upcoming release.
Please stay tuned to CRM, announcements, and the upcoming Phoenix Spotlight newsletters for more information on these features as they become available.
