To All 2026 Conference Attendees,

This year’s conference was truly something special. We showcased more than 30 new features and enhancements, and the excitement and engagement from our customers were incredible.

Some of the highlights included WDA 2027, AI Report Writer, SmartForm, VoiceBridge, AI-Assisted Charge Code Lookup, Tattoo Match, Quick Insert, Property Room App, Protection Order, and Mobile Device Intelligence for Extracted Data.

But what excited us most was your reaction. These aren’t features built simply to make an impressive conference presentation. They are practical innovations designed to help make your everyday jobs easier, improve productivity, and give your agency better tools. Innovation only matters when it becomes something useful in the hands of our customers. This year, we truly put Innovation in Motion.

We were also proud of how far the Phoenix platform has evolved. In previous years, we would return from the conference with pages of suggestions and requests. This year, that list was remarkably short. That doesn’t mean we will ever stop listening — we won’t. But it does show that more often than ever, when you ask, “Can you do this?” we already have an answer.

We hope you also enjoyed the conference experience itself. From the three-hour opening session and product demonstrations to the breakout sessions, entertainment, and time spent with our team, we worked hard to make the week valuable, informative, and enjoyable.

A conference like this takes an incredible amount of work behind the scenes, and we want to thank everyone who helped make it happen. Most importantly, thank you for being there. Your participation, questions, feedback, and enthusiasm are what make this event so worthwhile.

After last year’s conference, we asked ourselves: “How do we top the previous year?”

Well, 2026 answered that question.

Now the challenge is figuring out how to top 2026!
